Blackheads Removal Face

Let's face it! Blackhead removal seems the hardest part of maintaining a healthy skin. There is no easy way to get rid of these annoying blemishes. However, there are some helpful tips to prevent and get rid of blackheads when necessary.

What is a blackhead?
Blackheads are technically referred to as open comedones. These bumps are often indented and may look like tiny plugs. The confusion over blackheads and whiteheads is due to the fact that blackheads oily skin where whiteheads could be present on oily or dry skin guide.

What Are The Causes Eaters?
A blackhead is caused by excess oil that clogged a pore. This clog occurs when the built-up oil is unable to flow to the surface of the skin caused by a misshapen or impaired pore and dead skin cells away. When the pore is open, the oil is exposed to oxygen, which reacts and turns a dark color, resulting in a black head.

Hormones are the main cause of increased oil production. An increase in male hormones, androgens, the natural production of oil in your skin causing more oil to build up in the pores, often times resulting in the appearance of black heads.
The next big culprit in blackhead formation is the use of skin care products or makeup. These products will mix with your natural body oils and add to the body, which can block pores.
Whitehead and blackhead pimple formation seems to be a predisposed condition that is aggravated or increased in conjunction with the above toxins.
Blackheads Prevention
There are many things you can do to prevent blackheads, that they face. Most involved cleaning and some require the use of medicines.

Avoid using creamy, greasy and thick (softening) products. This alone will greatly reduce your chances of sprouting blackheads.

Use a mild detergent and water soluble acne.
Do NOT use soap! The ingredients that keep soap in a bar form can clog the pores in your skin. They can also cause skin cells flake off prematurely and clog the pores. If you have dry skin, use a cleanser that a little moisturizer in use, but be careful! The excess moisturizers can cause an increase in oil on your skin.

To exfoliate dead skin cells. If no skin cells clog the pores, the natural oil is able to freely flow through. Peeling also removes built-up dead skin cells from inside the pores that cause them more easily deformed and obstructed. Using a scrub that 1% or 2% (BHA or salicylic acid) contains will penetrate the lining of the pore. If you do not use BHA, you can use products containing alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), but these acids are only good for surface exfoliation because they do not penetrate the pore lining.

Absorb excess oil. If you have oily skin, try using a clay mask That does not contain mint, peppermint or other irritating ingredients. This will absorb the oil that may clog the poor. If you have dry skin, this is not necessary because pimples on dry skin are caused by oil in the pore, not on the surface of the skin. Also, oil-absorbing papers may help to reduce oil in your pores.

Visit your dermatologist. Retinoids, which are a form of vitamin A may help regulate the pore shape which will keep oil flowing normally. The most common retinoids are tretinoin and adapalene, found in prescriptions such as Avita, Renova, Retin-A, Tazorac and Differin.
Other medications. Hormone blockers and low-dose birth control pills can lower levels of androgens (male hormone) and Accutane should be discussed with your physician in severe cases of oily skin and acne.

Remove Blackheads
Although the best way to remove blackheads is an area of contention, the most common method for getting rid of blackheads is to gently squeeze. Removing the "stuff" inside of the blackhead helps the skin because you have the pressure to mitigate the damage. We know it can be nearly impossible to stain back off so here are some tips for gentle blackhead removal:
  1. Use a mild scrub or remove dead cells and expose the blackhead.
  2. Pat your face dry.
  3. Place a slightly warm compress on your face for about 10-15 minutes to soften the blackhead, making it easier to remove.
  4. Pat your face dry again.
  5. Place a piece of tissue on the tip of each finger to avoid slipping, causing the skin to rupture and cause greater damage.
  6. Carefully on an equal pressure on both sides of the blackhead by pushing down, then around the stain. You try to pressure from * under * the blackhead apply.
Any attempt this once or twice. If not "pop", you can bruise the skin, make the blackhead worse, and may cause scarring.

PORE SIZE STRIPS
Using pore strips blackheads is not recommended for many reasons to remove:
The warnings on the box tell you not to use them on swollen, irritated, sunburned skin, not to use them on excessively dry skin, and not to use them in every other area than the nose. The warning is that if the strip is too difficult to remove, you need to add water and gently remove.
Removing the superficial blackheads, along with some healthy skin will help only temporarily.
Repeated use of pore volume strips can cause irritation and future breakouts.
The glue on the strips can tear or injure the skin, especially if you have an acne medication, such as those mentioned above, or if you have naturally thin skin due to psoriasis, rosacea, or seborrhea.
Vacuum blackhead removers and blackhead extractors are not recommended for the same reasons as the pore strips. Because blacheads caused by excessive oil clog the pores, the most effective way to get rid of blackheads is to control oil on the face using a mild detergent and by balancing your hormones.

Definition of a blackhead:
A familiar term for what is medically called an open comedo. A comedo, the primary sign of acne, consists of a dilated (widened) hair follicle filled with keratin squamae (skin debris), bacteria and sebum (oil). An open comedo has a wide opening to the skin and is covered with a blackened mass of skin debris.
In contrast, a closed comedo has an obstructed opening to the skin and may rupture at a low-grade skin inflammatory reaction in the area. The common name for a closed comedo is a Whitehead.
Acne occurs when sebaceous glands of the skin begins to separate oil during puberty. These glands are stimulated by male hormones produced in the adrenal glands of both boys and girls. The oil lubricates and protects the skin. Under certain circumstances, cells near the openings of the sebaceous glands block the openings. This causes a buildup of oil under the skin. Bacteria that live in everyone's skin but generally their own business, feast on this oil, multiply and cause surrounding tissues to become inflamed.

If the inflammation is near the surface, a pustule is formed, but if it is deeper, a papel (pimple), deeper and it becomes a cyst. If the oil breaks though to the surface, the result is a Whitehead. If the oil is oxidized (that is acted by oxygen in the air), the oil changes from white to black, and the result is a blackhead. This is how the development of the two types of comedones.

There are blackheads and whiteheads, which Lieuphaptrimun.com describes as the “building blocks” of acne. The second type is an inflammatory pustule, which grows under the surface and is commonly injected, and there is also tcystic or nodular acne, which includes larger blemishes that can lead to scarring.
